Then, I layer together various shapes of clear glass and fuse them together in my kiln. Lastly, I cut this woven metal fabric into smaller pieces to embed behind the fused glass. The different shapes of glass both magnify the weave, giving it more definition, as well as collect the light, making the entire piece glisten. Enjoy!
